>over them, they are about $1 for 20)
>1/2 C oatmeal
>1 1/2 Tbsp mixed glitter (red, green, gold)
>red ribbon (the kind that twists with the scissors)

>Place the oatmeal and the glitter in the bag. Tie with the red ribbon
>with the following little verse and the little bell, curl the ribbon.
>In order for the tag to stay on the reindeer food, I put a reinforcement
