Materials:
Lifesavers Candy roll, wild cherry
1 inch wood heart, 1/2 inch thick
3/16 inch dowel, 6 1/2 inches
red/silver Mylar wrapping paper, 2 x 4 inches
red acrylic paint
1/4 inch flat paintbrush
drill with 3/16 inch bit
scissors and hot glue gun
1: Drill a hole in the top of the heart, about 3/8 inch deep. Paint the
heart red.
2: Fold Mylar piece in half, red side outward, to measure 1x4 inches.
Clip to fold at 1/8 inch intervals to make a fringe. Spiral wrap and
glue folded edge of Myalr around one end of dowel for arrow feathers.
3: Puncture ends of Lifesavers with pointed object and carefully insert
dowel through holes of candy roll. Glue heart to the other end of the
dowel.
