Clay Pot Craft
I was going through my craft file and found this clay pot craft, it's
>really cute.
>
>MATERIALS
>3 1/2" clay pot
>three 1" wood stars
>three 1/2" wood buttons
>3" wood heart
>popsicle stick
>5" of jute
>Paint (white, black, yellow, blue)
>Varnish
>
>Paint the clay pot using white with blue dashes around the top and
>bottom for accents. Paint the stars blue, the buttons yellow, the heart
>white. Add blue lettering "Bloom Where You Are Planted" to the heart.
>Paint the popsicle stick blue.
>After painting is dry, apply varnish to each piece and allow to dry.
> Glue two stars to the pot for flower petals. In the middle of each star
>glue a button for the center of the flower. Glue one star and button
>"flower" to the top right hand corner of the heart. Glue the popsicle
>stick to the back of the heart to make the plant poke.
>Seperate the jute into 3 pieces and tie each into a bow. Glue a bow to
>the base of the heart on the plant poke. Glue the remaining bows under
>the flowers on the pot for leaves.
