Simmering Potpourri
Use this simmer for a headache or stuffy feeling -- it will make your
head clear almost instantly!
1/2 cup dried peppermint leaves
1/2 cup cinnamon bark pieces
Mix ingredients together. Place 2 tablespoons in a saucepan of water.
To help calm a fever: Apple cider simmered with cloves, allspice,
cinnamon, and lemon peel soothes, calms and brings relief. Easily
done in a crockpot.
