HUD Acquisition Regulation (HUDAR)
The HUDAR is HUD's regulation to implement the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The HUDAR does not repeat the requirements of the FAR. Rather, it supplements the FAR by establishing HUD-specific procurement requirements.
